Mr. Akber Ali is the managing partner of Akber Ali & Co and managing director of AAA Assurance PAC, Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant firms. He is also a consultant to the BSH Group of Companies. He possesses more than 30 years of professional experience, with more than 20 years on his own serving clients in the areas of Audit, Corporate and Personal Taxation, Business and Management Consultancy and Corporate Secretarial. He has served clients from diverse industries such as hospitality, property development, electronics manufacturing, marine, transportation, solicitors, publishing, food and beverage, trading among others.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (Australia), and is a Practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also an Approved Company Liquidator, Singapore.
Mr Ali’s community / social involvements are as follow:
Abidah is the senior secretary of BSH Secretarial SvsPte. Ltd and possesses 10 years of experience in the corporate secretarial arena. She has served both local and international clientele for various secretarial services( ie. Incorporation of companies, preparation of resolutions and submission to ACRA etc) and is further responsible for the preparation and submission of annual returns.
Ms Rashida Begam is the Accounting Supervisor of BSH Consultants Pte Ltd. She is responsible for financial reporting functions for her diverse international and local clientele. She and her team further ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and controls over regulatory, statutory and financial reporting of her clients.
As the leader of the team, she takes on supervisory and training roles towards her fellow subordinates. She also possesses more than 6 years of audit and corporate tax experiences in diverse industries.
Holding a 2nd Class Honours in Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, she also has Specialist Certificate in Taxation from Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore Limited (ATTS).
Nathan is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of Chartered Accountant organizations, ISCA and ACCA. He is also an Approved Company Liquidator. He has been engaged in Assurance and Advisory work for over 15 years by MNCs and SMEs in various industries including, Trading, Services, Education, Law, Shipping, Research, Healthcare & Manufacturing industries. He also shares his knowledge as a lecturer in University of London and ACCA professional programs.
Rahman has experience in Audit and Tax covering a wide range of industries. Rahman is Master of Commerce Graduate and Accredited Tax Practitioner for Income Tax and GST from SIATP (Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals). Rahman started his carrier in this industry since 1992 and having more than 20 years of experience SMEs in various industries including, Trading, Services, Finance, Solicitors, Shipping and Manufacturing industries.
Milanie has more than 14 years of public accounting experience in serving small and medium-sized, local and multinational companies in Asia Pacific, Europe and United States. She has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has extensive experience in serving clients in various industries such as Consumer Business, Health Care, Construction, Public Sector, Shipping, Travel, Education, Media, Financial Services, Hospitality and Manufacturing industries.
Michael has more than 35 years of audit and assurance experience. Over the years, he had worked closely with partners with diverse experience and background from many different audit firms. This experience has contributed towards his development of sound technical capabilities, financial accounting problem solving and solutions skills, practical audit approach and a robust understanding of audit and assurance. His experience covers large to small companies in sectors such as construction, engineering, trading and retail, manufacturing, IT, property development, investment holding, consultancy and management services, jewelry business, telecommunications and other services. Michael is a Fellow member of the Association of International Accountants (UK).
